1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and our services, including booking classes or purchasing packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered
Amara Studio provides in-person yoga classes, workshops, and access to our Wet Terrace facilities (sauna & cold plunge). Classes are suitable for all levels and are subject to availability.

3. Payments
All payments on this website are processed securely via Paystack, our third-party payment processor.

Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to Amara Studio’s refund policy:

All payments for classes, memberships, workshops, or packages are subject to Amara Studio’s approval. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of management.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Paystack and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Refunds will only be considered under reasonable circumstances, such as illness, class cancellation by Amara Studio, or other unforeseen events. All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@amarastudio.co.za.

By completing your booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

5. Security and Privacy
Payments are securely processed by Paystack. Amara Studio does not store credit/debit card information.

Users must provide accurate billing information when making payments.

6. Limitation of Liability
Amara Studio is not responsible for technical issues, payment failures, declined transactions, or delays caused by Paystack or your bank.

By using our services, you agree that Amara Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to payment processing or class attendance.

7. Health and Safety
Yoga classes involve physical activity. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to attending classes.

Participation is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

9. Amendments
Amara Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
