Julie Grant works as a somatic coach and yoga teacher. Her intention with her work is to facilitate practices and offer tools that allow people to process energy and emotions, to deepen their relationship with all parts of themselves, and to the ultimately create a place of safety and trust from within in order to navigate the peaks and valleys of life.

Her classes are rhythmical and grounding, with a focus on connecting to the subtle undercurrents that awaken through a curated sequence of poses, and give them a space to express, transform and integrate.
