Julie Grant

Creating space for deeper connection and inquiry wih self, giving practioners the opportunity to go beyond the physical practice of yoga.
My name is Candice, and I am a yoga instructor with a deep interest in mindful movement and breath. Having grown up between Reunion Island and Namibia, I was fortunate to experience the beautiful contrast of diverse cultures and communities.
Yoga found me after I moved to South Africa. Because my childhood involved frequent moving, I struggled to feel grounded and to regulate my nervous system. This discipline transformed my lifestyle, and to this day I continue learning through my teaching and through the people I meet within the yoga community.
Beyond yoga, I enjoy graphic design, art, rock climbing, and horse riding. My teaching primarily focuses on power yoga, vinyasa, and Bikram-style yoga. I look forward to seeing you on the mat and sharing the philosophy behind this journey.

Lia Mundell
Lia is a Vinyasa yoga teacher who has been practicing and teaching for over 15 years. Her classes are breath-led and rooted in intelligent sequencing, with a strong emphasis on body awareness, fluid transitions and building strength and understanding of the body.
Her teaching focuses on how asana feels rather than how it looks, encouraging students to develop awareness and a deeper connection to breath and movement. She teaches mixed-level classes with thoughtful progressions and options, allowing each individual to move in a way that supports their own body rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Her approach draws on various disciplines of yoga and forms of movement, with a strong and passionate focus on strengthening the deep core and pelvic floor, and moving in a way that feels empowering and supportive.
Yoga has also been a constant throughout Lia’s life, including through her pregnancies. She has experience guiding postnatal and postpartum students, with a focus on breathwork, rebuilding strength and safely reconnecting to the body.
