Purchase any Dry Package (e.g. Drop-In Yoga Dry) and reserve your yoga class on the schedule. If space is available after class, and you decide to use the sauna and cold plunge afterwards, you can arrange it at reception.

Purchase any Wet Package (e.g. Drop-In Yoga Wet) and reserve only your yoga class on the schedule. Your sauna and cold plunge access is included after class - no separate Sauna & Cold Plunge booking is required.

Purchase either a Wet Package or a Sauna & Cold Plunge Session (e.g. Single Session Sauna Cold Plunge Only), and reserve your Sauna & Cold Plunge session on only the schedule. All Sauna & Cold Plunge-only visits require a booking.
